I was always updated and even sent me pictures of parts being shipped from different parts of the world to prove it was on its way. If I ever had a question he would reply very quickly.

They also helped me with purchasing a suitable TV stand which fits perfectly in the corner of the gazebo.

Also helped me find suitable speakers for the TV which I didn’t realise which would be needed and he then put me in touch with Ashok also at Aqualite and he helped me buy the correct equipment for the speakers such as an Amp and HDMI splitter etc.

This is something I have very little knowledge about but he was really helpful and talked me through it all and I managed to get it all set up and working perfectly. The sound is just great and what is needed for the garden.

To watch TV I connected an Amazon Fire stick to the TV which connects through the HDMI cable at the back of the TV and it works brilliantly. It has great picture too and works in all weathers! I also sometimes just use the Photos app on Amazon to stream all my photos of the past years and play music through the speakers which is great to relax to of an evening.

I would say if you are thinking about purchasing an outdoor TV then go with Aqualite – they are very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous and their products are top notch.
